In his role as Vice President of National Program Development for Mom’s Meals, John is responsible for business expansion nationwide. His role is integrated with the sales, marketing, billing, and operations teams to optimize opportunities for growth and create efficiencies. Since joining Mom’s Meals in 2004, Phillips has played a key role in helping lead the company’s innovation and improvements to accommodate its rapid growth.

Previously, John led Zone Food Delivery’s growth, establishing a nationwide weekly food delivery program expanding from 400 clients per day in New York, to over 6,000 clients per day in five states. Prior to that, Phillips served as Vice President of Niki Originals, where he led the sales team.

Phillips is a graduate of Syracuse University.
