  1. Place your order – Simply call the telephone number on the menu you receive with each order to make your selections. Or, if you would like to self-pay, you may order online.
  2. Receive your delivery – Your delivery date will be scheduled and the meals you have chosen will be delivered directly to your home by a Mom’s Meals driver or a third party partner.
  3. Heat and enjoy – Heat directly from the refrigerator for 2 minutes or less.

Packaging and Delivery

At Mom’s Meals, every step of our process from order to delivery is held to the highest standard. Each order we receive is packed with care in a custom-designed cooler in such a way to minimize damage and to ensure safe, cool temperatures throughout transit.

All deliveries are made directly to the client’s home via our Mom’s Meals route drivers or our third-party partners, who have been vetted to provide the same quality and service our clients have come to expect from Mom’s Meals.

With our proprietary packaging, entrees go directly in the refrigerator (40° or below) where they will last for 14 days from delivery. And, since meals are refrigerated, they deliver a better quality and taste – more like homemade.

Each member of our customer care team undergoes extensive training prior to taking orders and answering questions from our customers.
