Fully-Prepared Meals for General Wellness
Nutritionally balanced meals delivered to your home
You don’t need a specific reason to practice good nutrition. No matter your health situation, it is important to eat well-balanced meals that provide you the nutrients, vitamins and minerals your body needs. Even the smallest changes in your eating habits can make a big difference.
To serve the nutritional needs of our customers, Mom’s Meals offers a menu of general wellness meals to nourish and strengthen your body from the inside out.
Eating to improve your everyday wellness
Eating well does not always mean making dramatic changes to your eating habits. It can be as simple as incorporating more nutrient-rich foods into your diet. Focus on adding more vegetables and healthy fats to your meals and de-emphasize consuming grains and sugars.
Make a habit of reading the nutrition labels for the foods that you consume. Pay particular attention to the portion sizes and keep an eye out for hidden fats. Extra fats can sneak into your daily meals in a variety of different forms, including the butter on your bread, the sour cream on your baked potato and the dressing on your salad.
Drink more water. Reduce the amount of soda or diet soda in your refrigerator and try to regularly drink water. Doing so can improve your energy and help your overall well-being.
What is a general wellness meal?
The general wellness menu options from Mom’s Meals all include a protein, a grain and a vegetable, and range between 400 and 700 calories per meal. There are over 60 different breakfast, lunch and dinner combinations from which to choose.
